Delivery information

Pastels will be shipped unframed, with protective packaging.

This includes:

• glassine sheet covering artwork to prevent smudging/smearing

• art work securely fastened to backing board to prevent creasing

• cardboard sandwich for reinforcement & support

I do not spray a fixative layer on my pastel colours. All attempts are made to ensure the chalk is adhered to its surface, however the surface is still soft and fragile therefore must remain covered until under glass.

The size of the artwork determines the final outside packaging:

• Small/medium pastel sizes (5x7 inches up to 10x12 inches) will be shipped in a reinforced cardboard envelope.

• Large pastels (over 11x14 inches) will be shipped in an envelope within a cardboard box.
